We ship all physical items with tracking through reliable carriers (Canada Post, Chit Chats, USPS). However, due to occasional shipping delays, especially in the U.S., we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. Rest assured, your item was shipped with care and is on its way. I currently ship our physical items (crystal pouches, accessories, etc.) to customers in Canada and the United States. If you happen to be outside the U.S. or Canada, I’m still happy to get you your goodies, but please reach out to me before you order so we can discuss the best shipping option and any applicable fees.
