All physical items are shipped with tracking via reliable carriers like Canada Post, Chit Chats, or USPS. While delays can occasionally happen, especially in the U.S., rest assured your item is on its way. I currently ship our physical items (crystal pouches, accessories, etc.) to customers in Canada and the United States. If you happen to be outside the U.S. or Canada, I’m still happy to get you your goodies, but please reach out to me before you order so we can discuss the best shipping option and any applicable fees. I’m a small operation, so at the moment those are the regions I regularly ship to, but I can often make special arrangements for international friends of QOC Healing.
